Fees

  • Application (New Families Only): $55

    Annual fee per family charged by FACTS for tuition management services.

    PK4, 5th, and 8th grade promotions, and Kindergarten graduation.

  • Early Withdraw fee - $150

*Instructional and Materials Textbook Fee:
Preschool - $100
Kindergarten-5th grade - $300
6th-8th grade - $400
High School - $450

*Instructional Fee: This one-time annual, non-refundable fee supports classroom materials, consumable curriculum, technology, maintaining permanent records, insurance, student assessments, and elective programs that enhance your child’s learning experience. To secure enrollment, the fee must be paid in full by the designated deadline. August 1st for re-enrolling families and the first day of school for new families.


Families may select to pay for tuition in the following forms:

1 payment:   August 1st                                                                      FACTS Enrollment fee waived; 2.5% tuition discount

2 payments:  August 1st and February 1st                                    FACTS Enrollment fee waived

10 monthly payments:  August- May                                             FACTS fee of $55 (one time per family)

12 monthly payments.  August-July                                              FACTS fee of $55 (one time per family)



Financial Assistance

Tuition Assistance is determined through recommendations from FACTS Grant and Aid Assessments, along with a review by the ACA Financial Aid Committee. Awards are dependent on available funds. Financial assistance does not cover books, fees, lunches, or uniforms.

The Financial Aid Committee, in coordination with the Board, evaluates financial aid applications. Besides financial need, they consider academic performance, student behavior, and family involvement to decide on the aid amount. All tuition discounts, including those for school staff and church members, are processed through this system. Financial aid cannot exceed 50% per family.

To apply for financial aid, families must submit a complete financial aid packet by March 31st, including a $45 application fee, through the online FACTS system. New students must also complete the ACA Enrollment forms to be eligible for consideration.

*Applications received after March 31 may not receive funding regardless of financial status. 

The family shall receive email notification no later than May 1st. Each family should confirm acceptance of the financial award to the school by May 15th.

Discounts

Multiple Student Discount

Families who have more than one student enrolled in ACA will receive a sibling discount. School fees will not be discounted, and sibling discounts will not impact a family’s eligibility for financial aid; however, the family may receive no more than 50% grant funding. 

  • 1st child=full tuition 

  • 2nd child=10% discount 

  • 3rd child=15% discount 

  • 4th child and beyond=20% discount 

Pastoral Discount

Families whose parent is currently serving in a full-time pastoral or ministry role within a church will be eligible to receive a 30% total tuition reduction rate. This will not be combined with the multiple student discount. School fees will not be discounted, and sibling discounts will not impact a family’s eligibility for financial aid; however, the family may receive no more than 50% grant funding.
