How do I enroll my child?

Step 1: Complete the online application via FACTS https://aca-va.client.renweb.com/oa/?memberid=17169

Step 2: Complete your family enrollment packet

You will receive an email from FACTS with a link to your parent portal and your login credentials, please keep this email!

 Step 3: Complete the Financial Aid application

What is the ACA district code for the FACTS system?

How are incidentals charged?

Meals, late pick-up, childcare, field trips, and special days will be charged to incidentals once a month. A memo will be sent home prior to field trips and special days notifying parents of the cost. These charges are due within 30 days or FACTS will automatically add a late fee of $25

How do we order lunches?

We are pleased to announce that meal plans are now loaded on the family portal of FACTS. To access it, login to your family portal >Student Home>Scroll down and select >lunch menu and ordering>create web order. Here you select the quanitity of each menu providedd. You will see a total next to each day and a grand total at the bottom. Then click "Submit order." Once you submit, you can review before payment. Afterwards you can go into the calendar and see  your selections. Meal costs are Breakfast $2.00, Lunch $3.50, Ice cream $1.00 (Fridays only)

What do instructional fees cover?

Instructional fees may include, but are not limited to:

  • Course materials (e.g., lab supplies, software licenses, printing)

  • curriculum: teacher guides, textbooks and workbooks

  • Access to specialized equipment or technology

  • Online learning platforms or digital content

  • Maintenance and updating of course-related resources

Why are fees necessary?

Instructional fees ensure that we can continue to provide engaging, up-to-date, and effective Christian educational experiences for all students. they help us maintain small class sizes, offer personalized support, and provide access to tools that are essential for mastering course content. 

When are the fees applied?

To secure enrollment, the fee must be paid in full by the designated deadline. August 1st for re-enrolling families and the first day of school for new families.

Pre/School - $200
Lower School (K-5th Grade) - $300
Middle School (6th-8th Grade) - $400
Upper School (9th-10th Grade) - $450

Is there a dress code?

Yes, ACA expects all students to honor God through modest and clean attire. Uniforms eliminate unnecessary distractions, promote school unity, and cultivate a responsible and respectful community presence. We rely on our partnership with families to reinforce these guidelines and to help our students make wise decisions about their appearance at school. You can find our dress code here

What are school hours?

Pre K 3 hours: 8:30 am-2:45 pm (full day) 

Pre K 4 hours: 8:30 am-2:45 pm (full day) 

Kindergarten- 11th grade hours: 8:00-3:15 pm

Extended Care- 6:30 am- 7:45 am for morning care. Afternoon care is 2:45 pm (preschool care starts) 3:30 pm (k-9th care starts) and goes until 5:30 pm - for more information about our extended care click here.
