How do I enroll my child?

Step 2: Complete your family enrollment packet
You will receive an email from FACTS with a link to your parent portal and your login credentials, please keep this email!
Step 3: Complete the Financial Aid application

How are incidentals charged?
Meals, late pick-up, childcare, field trips, and special days will be charged to incidentals once a month. A memo will be sent home pior to field trips and special days notifying parents of the cost. These charges are due within 30 days or FACTS will automaticallly add a late fee of $25
How do we order and pay for meals?
We are pleased to announce that meal plans are now loaded on the family portal of FACTS. To access it, login to your family portal >Student Home>Scroll down and select >lunch menu and ordering>create web order. Here you select the quanitity of each menu providedd. You will see a total next to each day and a grand total at the bottom. Then click "Submit order." Once you submit, you can review before payment. Afterwards you can go into the calendar and see your selections. Meal costs are: Breakfast $2.00, Lunch $3.50, Ice cream $1.00 ( Fridays only)

Instructional fees are charges that help support the direct costs of delivering high-quality education. These fees are separate from tuition and are used specifically to cover materials, resources, and services that enhance the learning experience.
What do instructional fees cover?
Instructional fees may include, but are not limited to:
- Course materials (e.g., lab supplies, software licenses, printing)
- curriculum: teacher guides, textbooks and workbooks
- Access to specialzied equipment or technology
- Online learning platforms or digital content
- Maintenance and updating of course-related resources
Why are these fees necessary?
Instructional fees ensure that we can continue to provide engaging, up-to-date, and effective Christian educational experiences for all students. they help us maintain small class sizes, offer personalized support, and provide access to tools that are essential for mastering course content.
Where can I find the fee amount for my student?
The instructional fees are listed on our website under the Admissions> Tuition Page
Pre/School - $200
Lower School (K-5th Grade) - $300
Middle School (6th-8th Grade) - $400
Upper School (9th-10th Grade) - $450
When are these fees applies?
Instructional fees are applied along with enrollment / re-enrollment and are due in 60 days. This is a once-a-year fee for all students. Summer Enrollments will be applied in August and due in October for the 2025-2026 school year. Rre-enrollments are applied in January and due in March for the 2026-2027 school year.
