How do I enroll my child?

Step 1: Complete the online application via FACTS https://aca-va.client.renweb.com/oa/?memberid=17169

Step 2: Complete your family enrollment packet

You will receive an email from FACTS with a link to your parent portal and your login credentials, please keep this email!

What time does school start and end? Do you offer before and after school care?

The school day begins at 8 am and ends at 3:00 pm

Extended care is offered before and after school starting at 6:30 until 8 am and from 3:15 until 6 pm

Pre-school hours are 8:30 am - 12 (half day); 8:30 am - 2:45 pm (full day)

 

Do you offer sports?

Yes; cross country, basketball and soccer

Do you offer specials?

Yes; art, bible, and PE will be offered weekly 

Will all students be able to participate in field trips?

Yes, even our homeschool hybrid students.

Does ACA have a dress code?

Dress code is expected to be modest and follow the below guidelines:
Shorts and skirts should be no higher than 2 inches above the knee. Undershorts should be worn with skirts.
No mid-drifts.
Leggings should only be worn with tops which extend to 2 inches above the knee.
No cut-off shirts.
Sleeveless shirts should have straps with a width of at least two fingers.
No graphics that promote violence, substance abuse, profanity or vulgarity.
Students are expected to wear ACA spirit wear on Fridays. ACA dress wear (khaki skirt or pants with collared shirt) should be worn on chapel days.
